Dr Ambedkar

Very weost shop I ever visited. Visited three times for sim replacement, that guy told me mobile charge is very low so please visit after 30 minutes in three times ...what a service u doing sir. Don't visit this store for any feature purchase and Any requirement. One of thiredclass treated there.

When contacted customer care they said to go to my jio. Very harsh behaviour from this store boy. Not even listening to the problem

Thank You Abu Sir for helping us quickly to get a new eSIM! Thank you for your quick response!

Very good service from the staff. They changed my sim instantly

Unavailability of staff for 3 hours to do esim transfer request. Worst response.

This is a very worst shop and mainly Nithin the employee behave very rude and talking badwords to the customer who asks for doubt this is really a very worst shop ever I have also raised escalation mail to jio care

I had the worst experience. Google says the shop is open until 10 pm, but I arrived at 9:26 pm and they rudely informed me they were closed and started closing the shop while I’m standing in the middle of the store. At least update your working hours on Google Maps.

Very helpful
